Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 1-3 business days. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method Estimated delivery time is based on USPS. 

Shipment cost for items shipped within the USA:

Product order total under $350 is $20 for standard shipping. 

Product order total over $351 is free for standard shipping

Overnight/next day is not available. 

NOTE: Free shipping is only applied to current order. Orders can not be back dated or added to at a later time to get free shipping. 

Replacement & "Stuck in Transit" Policy

  • Movement Verification: A package is only considered "Lost" if there has been no tracking movement for [15-20] consecutive business days. We do not issue replacements for packages currently marked as "In Transit" or "Arriving Late." Packages that are marked "In Transit" or "Arriving Late" will not be inquired about until they show "lost in transit" by the shipping carrier. 

  • Customer Obligations: Before a replacement is issued, the customer must confirm that no postal holds, forwarding requests, or delivery instructions have been placed with the carrier.

  • The "Good Faith" Clause: In the event a replacement is shipped and the original package is later delivered due to a customer-initiated hold or redirected delivery, the customer is legally and contractually obligated to:

  1. Return the duplicate item using a prepaid label provided by us within 5 business days.

  • Unresolved Duplicates: Failure to return or pay for a duplicate shipment received in error may result in a formal invoice being sent to collections.

Canadian Shipping Policy
