Thick spacer washer, commonly used with the Super 60 swap on a 2wd truck.
This spacer is .25" thick, 1.5" OD, and a .5" hole in the middle.
Typically an extra spacer is used on each side at the body mount when using the superduty swap radius arm brackets. Below are some photos:
